We denote $$(\mathbb{C}[A])^* = \left\{B \in \mathbb{C}[A] \cap \mathrm{GL}_n(\mathbb{C}) \mid B^{-1} \in \mathbb{C}[A]\right\}$$ Show that $(\mathbb{C}[A])^* = \mathbb{C}[A] \cap \mathrm{GL}_n(\mathbb{C})$.
