We know that we cannot count (لا تُعَدَّ) the blessings of Allah; we know that the blessings of God are beyond counting,
Even if Allah had not promised us punishment (عذابَه) as well; even if God had not promised us punishment,
It is obligatory upon us not to disobey Him so that we may be among the grateful (شاكرين) for His blessings; it is necessary for us not to be ungrateful so that we may be thankful for His blessings,
And we avoid sins (المعاصي) for these abundant blessings (النعم الوافرة)! And for the sake of these many blessings, we keep away from sins!
