74-- From the noble verse $\langle$ وَ لَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْقُرَى آمَنُوا وَ اتَّقَوْا لَفَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ بَرَكَاتٍ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَ الْأَرْضِ وَ لَكِنْ كَذَّبُوا فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ $\rangle$ which concept is understood?
[(1)] Knowing God and piety cause divine blessings to descend, and lying and denying divine verses causes divine punishment to descend.
[(2)] Faith and piety collectively cause divine blessings to descend and are the factor of people's deprivation from their own deeds.
[(3)] Lacking faith and piety causes the community to be deprived of material blessings like beneficial rain.
[(4)] Merely paying attention to moral and religious matters causes people's material and spiritual lives to flourish.
