Show that $\forall x \in \mathbb { R }$ and $\forall n \in \mathbb { N } ^ { * }$ $$\prod _ { k = 1 } ^ { n - 1 } \left( x ^ { 2 } - 2 x \cos \frac { 2 k \pi } { n } + 1 \right) = \left( \sum _ { k = 0 } ^ { n - 1 } x ^ { k } \right) ^ { 2 }$$
